It hardly fits and is very different from the original. The flange that came with the kit didn't fit and I had to buy one at a local store. Due to poor delivery, the seal was damaged. And the port side of the exhaust manifold needed to be filed so it could be flushed. So if you just don't want a cheap option to get the job done, I recommend paying a little more for something more appropriate.

The bolting to the head was fine, but the outlet flange was not in the same plane as the pipe flange, resulting in the catalytic converter and pipe being pinched when tightening the nuts. I just installed the converter, I had no problems with the installation as others have said, but the converter does not include the bottom studs/screws to attach the downpipe or the rest of the exhaust pipe.
