Arrived as described. They were easy to put together, we've had them for about 3 months now and they hold up well to everyday use. They are comfortable and durable. We put felt pads on the bottom to make them slide better on the wooden floor.

I really wish I could give this five stars because they are so beautiful in my home, super comfortable, great price and pretty easy to put together but the base ruins mine floors. The rubber is very hard and leaves massive scratches on my parquet floors. I tried every furniture pad I could think of and it didn't work. I ended up having to put several layers of tape on the underside to avoid scratching.

They are ok, very dark brown - not like the pictures. One of them is very wobbly, at least 0.5 inch on one side. I even tried swapping base pieces with each other to see if that would help, but it's just not the right size - shorter than everyone else. These great bar stools, I bought a set for our ticket scanners in our front building so they don't stand around all day. The height was perfect, they are very comfortable to sit in for hours and we got lots of compliments on them and people kept coming around the house to ask where they were from. This score is more for customer service. I ordered two sets of these chairs. Got a true black and a black/grey chair. You expect to get the same colors for the same product. When I replaced the black/grey I got a DIFFERENT grey. The after-sales solution was to return the chairs and buy from a different seller. The price of these chairs went up another $20 and they couldn't give me the price I paid for them. FUNNY! So I'm not sure if the packaging is wrong, the product descriptions are wrong, or
