Most frames were fine but there was some damage - scratched plastic photo covers, cracked wood, warped/bent photo back and a few clips missing.

Of the 20 I ordered, 7 had their plastic frames broken and unusable. Many others have been scratched, but for my purpose it will do, although not very well. I had to buy plastic and make inserts with my own hands. They were very poorly packed without any protection around them. They came in a box along with 5 pound glass beads and miniature lightbulbs. Completely unacceptable.

I bought these as a gift for my granddaughter to color and paste photos. They arrived on time. They looked really cute and I'm thrilled to see what she does with them.

Bought to make my own frames for some of the pictures I bought and I love how they turned out! Definitely cheaper than buying ornate frames elsewhere and you can make it however you want.

I like the product itself. However, shipping/packaging requires some work. These frames come with a plastic sheet to protect the picture (ie these frames use plastic instead of glass). In my case 3 out of 5 of these leaves were cracked. This is due to the way the footage was packaged. I used all 5 frames anyway, but was a little disappointed with the shortcomings, especially since we gave these frames away.
