The perfect winter jacket

I didn't dare to buy this unknown brand but I've searched and searched in stores and couldn't find what I was looking for. This jacket had it all: warmth, comfort, a zipped hood, thumb holes, a snowy skirt, and a bright color so my child could be seen going to school. Thanks to other reviewers I knew the jacket would run small so I ordered a size up (5/6) which turned out to be perfect for my very tall 4 year old. Hit the jackpot with it. just as good as much more expensive jackets.

I couldn't find a boy's ski jacket with a powder skirt even though I live in a winter climate that costs at least $150. I'm so glad I checked online. The jacket is perfect for my 8 year old son but he runs a little smaller than average so maybe order a size up if your child is medium/tall. He wears it as an everyday jacket and skis in the cold and he loves it, he never complains about the cold. He was also delighted to find that it has thumb holes for sleeve liners, similar to adult jackets.

Broken hood

This coat was obviously not quality checked before shipment. three problems 1) The hood of the coat does not fit around my son's neck to close without choking him. My son is small for his age so there's no reason Velcro shouldn't go together. 2) Even if they reached, the same side of the velcro straps were sewn onto both sides of the hood. This means they won't be able to stick really tightly together. With velcro, one side is a soft patch and the other side sticking to it feels more scratchy…
