I'll return it if I go into town, unfortunately it costs $8 to send it to UPS so I'll drive into town (over an hour away) with a prayer in the window. TERRIBLE PURCHASE! This is not a winter coat but a windbreaker jacket with some padding. The size 4 coat I bought from the American manufacturer was larger and heavier than this size 8 coat.

The coat looks high quality, but the outer plastic layer is quite thin. I will be back because I feel my 5 year old boy will tear it easily even if he falls and slides on the floor. If I needed a thin jacket for a trip when he's not playing in the park and less active than usual, this would be a great coat. It is packed smaller than the size of a sheet of paper, showing that it is easy to pack. So if you need a jacket that you can take in your bag for a walk, then this is perfect. For example…

Very light, I bought this for my daughter because she is so lanky and tall and all the girls jackets I've bought her just aren't long enough. My daughter is swimming in it right now haha but she's growing so fast I'm just glad she has a new down that will hopefully last more than 2 months. We live in cold Montana where there is a lot of snow and several times when she wore it she said that it keeps her warm thanks to the bottom layer.

Definitely not worth paying $50. It's light, I'm sure it breaks very easily. If this continues I will update my review but at the moment I would not recommend this for a young boy.

My son loves this. It's very warm but not thick. It comes with a pouch to roll your coat into and put in your luggage, backpack, etc.

It was to be a gift for our 9 year old grandson. After opening, I tried to shake up any material that was in the lining. Shouldn't have happened. I went back and found a better quality AU jacket at Kohls for less money

Nothing out of the ordinary but looks just like the picture and the head is not too big and not too small. The view is on the long/high side but kids are fine with that. It is better to slightly lengthen and ruffle the sleeves held by an elastic band than to have them too short.

This is a nice little down jacket. For a small woman, I didn't feel like paying hundreds for a women's hiking jacket. This jacket looks good for the price.

Just the right thing for cold snowy days in the north. Great warm jacket for a growing boy. I highly recommend this jacket.

My 10 year old's first large (XL) and loves how soft and comfortable it is. He's a boy from Florida and doesn't wear jackets or coats, so this coat encourages him to wear it when it's cold. It's also nice and warm for our lows in the 40's.

I really like the jacket - it packs well in a suitcase due to the small bag provided by the manufacturer and is very light, but I absolutely need a windbreaker to keep warm in winter.

I'm a 5'2" female and bought this to carry in my backpack for hiking. It fits snugly around the hips (which is what I was expecting). I love that it has 2 internal pockets, one chest pocket with zip for a phone or keys and a hood for extra warmth.

This is a beautifully made coat for the price. My son wears a plus size youth shirt and I ordered a plus size coat according to the size chart and it fits perfectly. That's enough for 40 tempos with layers underneath.

Extremely thin. I don't see how this is supposed to keep someone warm in temperatures below 50F. Looks like two garbage bags were sewn together and someone forgot the stuffing. Not worth $50.

My 6 year old literally lives in this jacket. It is very light and perfect for running, cycling or other activities during the cold and windy winter months.

My son loves his jacket. He literally lives in it! I'm very happy with the quality and I think I'll buy a size up and put it in my closet for next winter.
