I'm so glad I won! After years of spending hundreds of dollars on Spyder and North Fave, my daughter loves this one. He survived skiing in Telluride and the bitter cold of Pittsburgh! What value!

My 7 year old and I just went skiing in 15 degrees and it was warm most of the time. It didn't get cold until the elevator held us up for 10 minutes (in the wind), but I got cold in 3 layers of North Face too, just my eyes open under my goggles. Would recommend for kids - well built, warm and she loves the style.

Nine year old chooses this jacket. Better than the photo or the description. The quality of the jacket is excellent, I put it on for the first time in wet snow and it kept me warm and dry. I bought a bit big as she decided but still not bulky and easy to move. That's the jacket hanging by the door.

Excellent winter jacket for those who live in the north. Temperatures as low as 40 degrees below zero are not uncommon and I needed a jacket that would keep my little girl warm in the winter. Dry too as she likes to play snowballs. This jacket is good for its wind protection and waterproofness. Keeps my daughter really warm!

We live in Miami and have traveled to Tennessee. The temperature was 40 degrees and we felt nice and warm without needing layers. We wore t-shirts underneath and the girls never complained about the cold. I love that you can unzip the hoodie as during our hikes my eldest daughter complained that the hoodie got in the way. I unzipped it and continued our walk. The lining is so fluffy and the outside feels waterproof. We had a light drizzle and it didn't soak into the sweater.

Got this for my 6 year old daughter and she loved it in the mild winter weather. It was easy enough to zip up, she didn't need my help to find the place. Spent the day playing in the snow and skiing in moderate 25-40 degree weather and it worked great and was warm on sunny days so I didn't close it. We are very happy with this coat. It hasn't been cold as hell here yet, so it's not yet possible to estimate the warmth for the winter. But this jacket is great. Fit is good. Like the soft inside. The detachable hood is great. Love the side zip pockets (the coat we bought for my other daughter didn't have it and she was disappointed). Also fantastic is the top zip pocket on the outside of the chest. For them, this is a great place to store the mask during recess (sorry it is). I hope it lasts 2

I love this coat except for the hood that pops open every time she takes the coat on and off. I let my granddaughter wear a hat just in case. The hood is also too big and lets all weather through. Now for the superior warmth of this coat. My granddaughter never shakes again when she goes to school and the coat fits her perfectly, but I went up a size. The coat is also very durable and has great style. Shipping was very fast and I would buy it again just buy a great hat to go with it. LOL 4…
