Quick-Drying Solution: Waste Away Paint Hardener 12-Pack Review

I recently moved house and needed to get rid of a pile of old paint cans. Each envelope does an excellent job of curing 2/3 gallons of paint. Combining drips and waste, I've used this box to dispose of over 20 gallon cans. Latex paints dry almost instantly while oil paints took several hours, but they worked on everything I tried them on. This item was used when moving house - lived in the house for over 40 years and I had so many partially used cans of paint. I poured the contents of the pack straight into the can, stirred a bit with an old wooden spoon, and was able to toss the paint can into a regular trash can. Don't be afraid to continue our beloved country. I've also learned to be more careful when shopping.

I have collected many colors over the years, I always thought I could repeat them. I rarely had to touch up anything, so I decided to finally start getting rid of a lot of cans. This product works great - doesn't set too quickly to mix well, but then sets well overnight. I have never had a problem disposing of old paint after it has been cured with this product.

Waste Away Paint Hardener works but it took a lot more to prepare water based paints for disposal. I found myself continuing to add the hardener to the paint while stirring. I stopped adding Hardener when the consistency became lumpy enough to remove the paint from the cans. It hardened after drying for a few days, I'll buy it again because it works pretty well, although more is needed.
