Stopped working within 5 weeks

Update: stopped working 5 weeks after receipt. It just didn't work. Unfortunately, 1 week has passed since the return deadline. Good product. Simple and effective.

Noisy but works perfectly.

Loud, yes. But this is really a fantastic product. The stand is very strong to hold a cup or dog bowl. Installation is easy. All in all, I highly recommend this.

Received used item

The box was very worn and I can say that it was used. The delivery box was in perfect condition, but the box with the goods was badly damaged and was opened. This was definitely nothing new. very disappointed with it!

Great water pump

Just change the rubber band that holds the metal straw and you have a wonderful water pump. If you don't change the rubber, water will flow everywhere. You can use rubber bands like silicone straw cases.

Wonderful. in Water Pumps, Parts and Accessories

It's very easy to use. Fits well in the bottle and holds the charge for a long time. You can put a small bowl on a small platform. Great for people with disabilities who don't want to bother with replacing a three or five gallon bottle with a refrigerator. Elevator is not required.

It does what it says on the tin

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I ordered 1 white and 1 black and got 2 white. The rest of the machine works perfectly. Remember that it is designed for small to medium sized jars. If you need to fill something bigger you have to hold it with your hands, no big deal.

Great concept but doesn't fit snugly around bottleneck so useless without home made mounts

Great concept but too large diameter/not suitable for a secure fit on a 5 gallon bottleneck. I put some cardboard inside to make it less wobbly. For 19.99 I didn't have to rake cardboard there to make it work. Too bad I wanted to love him. I will keep looking for one that actually works, fits snugly and protects well.

Missing parts in Rough Plumbing

Missing part to hold the faucet in the body. Does not stand straight/wobbles. I used an elastic band to make it look a little better. I put it on top of a 5 gallon water jug and it doesn't fit snugly; wobbles too. Another part may be missing. I'm not sure because the instructions "manual" (1 small sheet of paper) does not list all the parts that come with the product. Very bad because the water flow is fast. I like the ability to choose how much water to pour. I could walk if I didn't have to…

Internal Leaks: Coarse Plumbing

This item has a faulty design. Water seeps into the device, eventually flooding it and corroding the internal electronics. It takes a few months before you notice water dripping from the USB port. When I unscrewed and opened the block, it was filled with water. I tried reattaching the metal rod's silicone seal and reattaching the supply hose, but noticed after a few days that it was filling up with water again. I ended up just throwing the whole block in desperation. I have a black matrix pump…
