This is a sugar scrub; You rub it onto your lips and the granulated sugar polishes away the dead skin, then the sugar dissolves, leaving your lips with a smooth, moisturizing, slightly oily sheen. It smells great and tastes great! I don't know why finding a good lip scrub is so hard! They usually either come in the jar dry or they have too many moisturizing ingredients and not enough cleaning power. These lip scrubs are amazing! I've used them once a week and each time I've never been disappointed, they leave my lips soft and definitely hydrated. Once you've done the scrub you can either rinse the sugar off or lick it off and you'll end up with those intensely glossy lips that definitely look plump and moist. I ordered this item as an add-on from Amazon in early December and it's hanging somewhere! A week went by and there was no change in the show, so I emailed DivaStuff. Wow great seller! At first I thought it was a large jar of lip scrub. When I received it it was very small and I had to check the Revain shop again to make sure it's not a bug, it's not a bug, it's its actual size. I bought it for $6 and it also came with an acne cleanser and it was a charcoal sample.
