The size is wide. The medium was supposed to fit my adult Shiba Inu, but the nape of the seat belt is NOT adjustable and doesn't even fit on his head let alone around his neck.

I measured very carefully as indicated. However, within 48 hours the straps were rubbing against the inside of my dog's paw and bleeding. The way the harness attaches to the harness is poorly constructed, rough and caused injury to my dog.

This is a great idea but the size is small. My dog that needed it is about the size of a husky and the large one barely fits on his head, too tight in the neck and too short to close comfortably because it cuts into his front legs. Suggest sizing up, especially considering many dogs like Great Danes are known to be born deaf.

I have a deaf adopted dog. When we go for a walk, I have many people who like to get close to her and pet her. She's a cute puppy, but as you can imagine, if you approach her from the side or behind she gets startled because she can't hear. This vest is perfect for making people aware of their condition. It is easy to install and very durable. I'm a medium size for my 27 lb dog, she looks adorable in it!

It was an adorable pendant online but it really sucks, number 1, when I took my measurements it should have been a few inches bigger, in fact it was almost small. When my pup first wore it, it ripped down the side and spread out where it couldn't even be repaired. 2, it was so small that it was uncomfortable to play with! I'm sorry but the price definitely doesn't match the product.

I would give this pendant more stars just for visibility but I can't. You must use the same size tape on the very small and large tape as it is quite thin. The large one barely fit my 55 lb foster dog. I won't order again, but I won't send it back either. I will definitely not be relying on this harness to take him for a walk, I will just use it as a warning to people not to startle him.

This harness is very cute and fits my 20lb Healer Mix pup well. However, it doesn't hold up that well! I've only had mine for 3 weeks and it's falling apart. The net leaves the edge seam in 4 places and rolls over the entire length. I love that they make harnesses specifically for deaf dogs, but since this one isn't going to last long I need to make a special harness with a deaf dog embroidered on it.
