Light grip but not waterproof as advertised

Product itself works as expected - light weight and comfortable. But it's not fully waterproof as advertised. The supplied screw for attaching the camera to the handle is rusty (see photos). Also, one complaint is that they use a thin sheet of grip material that is not securely attached to the grip body, making it easy to tear.

Great grip but doesn't float at all

I did this dive in Mexico with my GoPro and it's comfortable. The cavity can be used for storage if required. One thing to note: I made sure the handle was tightly closed before going in the water and there was no buoyancy. If it slipped out of my hand, it would immediately fall to the ground. Great grip, just don't think it's big enough to levitate the camera if you drop it.

In general I liked the camera. The buttons took a bit of learning, but they stuck. I gave this camera an overall rating of 5 stars. The 3 stars for grip comfort were due to my hands, so I bought a grip that attaches to the bottom of the camera and it works really well. This grip keeps the camera afloat. Image quality is good. I was very disappointed with this ProFloat. I paid $15 for this grip and expected better quality. The rubber grip is very cheap, plasticky and not comfortable at all! The best thing about this product is the strap. He's creaky. Really squeaky. How will you hate your squeaky video?

First off, it's well made and the price is right for what it is. It comes well packaged and with all the little accessories you need to use it. Hand straps, a small carabiner, etc. I used it on a dinghy adventure in Hawaii. It was very easy to film the whole adventure and I was excited to use it. This is the best pen I have ever bought for my pro!

I've taken this pen and used it in almost every way on almost every vacation in my career. It has been to several different continents and then used underwater at depths of 20-30 feet and so far I have had absolutely no leaks inside the tank and everything has stayed dry. The sturdy little handle can withstand 60 feet of water!

Bought specifically for diving. Picked up last weekend, works great. It has a nice solid grip and the strap is the perfect length to give me some room to fiddle with my camera and other gear while in the ocean anywhere from 40 to 60 feet deep. I dived to a depth of about 60 feet. To dive, simply fill the snorkel halfway with water and you can maintain neutral buoyancy so it can still float but won't lift off if the line ever comes loose. This is a very high quality product. The grip is very thoughtfully designed and serves as a multi-purpose grip that few floating grips offer. I have had 2 different floating handlebars in the last 3 years.
