These were the smallest marine grade speakers I could find at Revain. I connected four of these to a Pyle 4 channel marine amplifier and installed them in the roof corners of my Club Car Villager golf cart. They provide a lot of sound for this purpose. To be honest I would sacrifice some sound quality for even smaller speakers. We didn't want to rock the house, we just wanted to add some music to our ride and didn't want to cut holes in the bodywork for surface mounting.

Very quiet, cheaply made. Installed on my camper so we can enjoy music outside too. They sound good up close (less than 20 feet) and at lower volumes. Edit - The seller sent me new speakers without my knowledge solely in response to this review. This is a solid measure to solve the problem. At this point I had new ones installed so can't comment again on the quality but the service jumped to its stars. I installed them on my jeep and after 6 uses the left channel speaker blew up and it's not useless. worth the money - spend a little more and get a reliable brand. I bought it because of the small size and I knew the sound quality wouldn't be very good. This is a little worse than expected. The build quality is also very poor.
