To be honest I bought this based on a review that someone lubed the sprinkler heads to make them easier to climb up. However, it didn't work for me.

I am very happy with the performance of Danco Waterproof Silicone Grease in my aquarium. It may not be listed in the intended marketing description, but has been proven to work for many aquarium o-rings.

Attention buyers I ordered these o-rings for my faucets. The problem I found was that there was more air than lube. This company sells them very cheaply with their products. You'd think those tiny tubes would be filled with lube instead of empty, lube can't cost that much to put in that tube.

Our pool sand filter kept dripping, which bothered me. No tightening of the lid stopped Ir. Tried duct tape to no avail. I got this stuff and put it on and it's finally gone. I think it will pay off in the water saved. Has stopped leaking at a few other drain plugs as well.

Small size 1/2 oz. I only need it occasionally (thank goodness!) so a small container means I don't throw away the big tube. Works very well when installing shower and sink cartridges, you need to make sure not to damage the o-rings during installation. Also helps extend o-ring life in hard water (just my opinion, backed up by experience). Cartridges last much longer when I use this lube.
