Ultimate Waterproof Tape: Sealing, Leak Stopper, Rubberized Seal (4INx10FT) Review

To unwrap this tape you need to find the beginning and then do your best to unwrap it. By this point, your hands and fingers are covered in this gooey mess, and applying it becomes even more of a problem. I've tried plugging a small leak in a thin tube but it didn't work, adhesion is very poor and I didn't do anything to hold the small drop. I would stick with flextape. Don't waste your money on inferior brands.

Some products claim to work underwater, this product claims but it didn't work. I used it to seal several holes in an Intex pool. 1. tried to tape on the outside and water from the pinholes didn't seal the tape from the vinyl. Then I tried to tape it from the inside and the tape wouldn't even stick to the vinyl in the pool (under water). It just floated up and never got stuck. A total bummer, even duct tape didn't work!

I used this product as a temporary repair for my bathtub. I used these over putty and aluminum roll on the front of a car roof. The roof was almost rusted through and I used sealant first although it hasn't (YET) leaked all over the front roof next to the windshield and door to door. I filled the pits with putty and rolled them with an aluminum roller so everything is even. I cut a 4" wide black tape and ran it over the front roof over everything. There were ridges on the roof and I pressed the back tape along the ridges to make everything on the roof

Bought to cover a leaking humidifier. Eventually I found tons of mold in my humidifier so I just threw it away but I was determined to find another use for that tape. I ended up sealing the edges of my old drafty window for the winter (which was constantly letting cold/dry air into my room and making me miserable).
