Used these in place of the ones supplied with the Rinnai RUC90iN water heater, didn't know the valves came with the water heater but after comparing they were heavier.

Excellent quality parts. Flawless castings, perfectly centered NPT threads cut with great precision - no rough thread edges like cheap materials. For those who care, lead-free. Good quality valve kit The only thing I had to do was remove the built in spring check valve on the cold valve as I have an expansion tank on the side of my tankless water intake. In addition, it also limits the total flow necessary for tankless operation. I hope people realize that when using this valve kit.

Attention buyers! The complete set was not sent. They sent only part of the cold water, as in the photo. All three caps are missing from the cold water inlet. A piece of hot water was not sent at all. Also looks dirty and used. Very dissatisfied. If it were just missing parts I would ask for a replacement but as it looks used (tool grip marks, dirt on threads, cracked rubber grip) I'm sending it back for a refund.

The quality seems to be quite high, the thread is very good. No die-cast zinc locking levers to crack or break. I have placed this item in my inventory, so I cannot comment on a possible leak. I would be inclined to agree with other good reviews on this site based on what I've seen. I bought it for a potential premium customer. Upon delivery, the goods remained safe and undamaged in the box.

These valves are very easy to install. It took me about half an hour to install. What makes installation really easy are the threaded ends. The others I checked out were soldered on (too much work for me but I didn't have to worry about burning my house down). . I paid less than $100 for it because I didn't mind.
