!Crap! DO NOT BUY! on Home Office Furniture

I have it less than 2 months. Very easy to assemble BUT legally you only fly together. I was so desperate to keep it that my fiancé made it after it fell apart NOT 1 TIME BUT 2 TIMES! It was still falling apart even after being nailed down. This shelf is made of really thick cardboard. I would have asked for a refund but it's too late

Doesn't last forever on furniture

I bought these when I didn't have a car so it was easiest to buy something online. They are definitely intended for "dorm" users (no assembly tools, colorful, etc.). However, the edge is not very good, it was the first to peel off. Also, any material used on the outside is easily scratched/soiled; Therefore it is not suitable for long-term use.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • No paint required

Inexpensive but does the job

I ordered this BC. I needed a placeholder for a specific size. Comes with 3m tape but I had to use wood glue to attach it. The tape wasn't strong enough to hold it together. Requires no nails or screws and is held together with small wooden pegs. It really doesn't match what's on it. It's great for what it is. Just save yourself the headache and use wood glue when assembling it because it's annoying when you have to come back and fix it later.

Looks good from a distance but far from good

Looks good from a distance but far from good. That's a waste of money unless you needed the furniture like in my case and just bought it without reading what it's actually made of. The frontier of inferior furniture exceeded my expectations. Extremely low quality. The good thing about this item is that it took me a while to glue it together. Good enough to exist as it is without being touched and just gently walking by, it will last and look beautiful. It should happen for now, but we'll see…

Cardboard and tape, suitable for home office furniture

Basically this pad is made from recycled paper covered with a cheap and easily scratched laminate. It's literally sealed with duct tape. This makes it fairly easy to assemble and requires no tools - insert cardboard tube pins into the holes, peel off the backing tape, line up the pieces and snap together. It's not very durable and had a few dents around the edges when unpacked. I bought it to turn on its side and use as a printer stand under my desk. After reading the instructions, I learned…

ABSOLUTELY NO SMELL OF CHEMICALS OUTDOORS

I read many reviews about the quality of this product before purchasing it. I tried it anyway because I'm familiar with the cardboards used to make furniture (I did it myself in art school) and had no intention of comparing the finished product to wood. This is a medium weight material. It is strong enough to be used for storage or display. It must not be moved, bumped or treated roughly. I probably wouldn't use it in a child's room to store toys, for example, and expect it to last ten years…

Not what I expected

I wanted to make something about the same size out of birch veneer plywood, but wasn't thrilled about having to paint or varnish it. So I found this and decided to give it a try. It comes in a small, light box. My overall impression is that the device is made of material that bends easily and the whole thing is covered in glossy white paper. A corner of the paper began to peel off and I taped it back. I had no trouble putting the pieces together, but you have to be very vigilant and careful as…
