WayUp - Connecting Employers & Job Seekrs

I like that WayUp is able to match me with multiple employers and job seekers. I like that I can see the employers I'm interested in and can apply to them directly from the platform. I dislike that WayUp only allows me to apply to employers through their platform. I think having the option to apply to employers directly would be a nice addition. The site is not very intuitive. I often find myself searching for jobs that I know I have interest in. I think this is because WayUp's search…

Pros
  • It has allowed my friends who were unemployed
  • They pay great when they do hire people too!I've used various platforms such as Facebook but most end up being scams or fake profiles trying out recruiters (who take our money) so it was really refreshing getting hired by an actual employer without needing us paying any thing extra
Cons
  • Some difficulties

An Amazing Job Site For People Interested In Making Money From Home

The interface was easy for me because I am familiar with other job applications sites but this one had some unique features such us being able find jobs in multiple locations at once which saved time! Sometimes it would take awhile before new opportunities came up so you might have missed out if your application wasn't submitted right away or maybe there were too many applicants already waiting around hoping they'd be next? Maybe try applying from different devices/locations since sometimes my…

Pros
  • Easy to submit apps
  • Many options available (even free ones!)
  • Great customer service support staffs are very helpful, friendly & informative about everything pertaining employment as well.
  • Lots more career choices offered compared what most websites offer..this is good especially within tech industry where lots can apply that aren’t just software developers :)

Easy process for applicants; we are able see who applied/was invited along side us so there's no double checking required - which makes life easier! The system can be slow at times during application days but this isn't too much an issue once you know what works best in your organization when it comes time applying online vs offline applications or paper resumes etcetera.. Honestly I would highly recommend using wayup if looking into how many people apply via our website versus other methods…

Pros
  • Including all candidates regardless their background as long they're qualified enough (& meet minimum requirements) !!! This is great because most platforms make one group think otherwise about certain qualifications that may not always match up perfectly well..Way Up donates $5 dollars
Cons
  • None
