The ability for users with little or no knowledge of computers can use it without fear they will destroy their computer by accidently clicking something wrong! It is easy enough so anyone unfamiliar may not get frustrated quickly but still give them an idea as how things work if you are unsure what buttons do and where everything should be placed etc.. I love how easy it is to navigate through the software, which helps me keep track of all my equipment. The ability to customize the dashboard for different users would be helpful if there were more features available to use. Sometimes when scrolling down, you will see "more" but not enough room to add another item. It's great to have everything together at one place! If I had any complaints about this product, they are minor. We do not need anything else at this time. This has been very…
