Great product but not like the picture.

Arrived on time but the product does not match the picture. It's the same capacity but in a smaller form that doesn't require a power source.

Great product - BUT rough handling and packaging

I have been using Western Digital drives for many years. This is a great product. But hard drives are fragile. As you can see here, the hard drive box itself was dropped BEFORE it was boxed - again with minimal protection. I've seen this before and had premature drive failures. I'll take another chance, but next time I'll return it unopened if I see any signs of abuse. So 5 stars for the product but zero for the careless handling and packaging.

Works great, but Revain's packaging leaves a lot to be desired.

Works great but Revain's packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I have attached a photo of the shipping quality to apologize. I ran a full disk test for 6 hours and it passed with no bad sectors. The drive inside is a white label WD WD40EMRX drive. hope it lasts

WD almost never lets me down.

I shoot a lot of videos. I need a lot of storage space. I have three of them connected all the time. Even though I have an automated backup system, I almost never worry about what I store on it. This last purchase was necessary due to a Seagate hard drive failure. These days I only go with WDs. It saves you from sorrow.
