Our kitty does NOT like to ride cats and hates his old carrier. It's MUCH easier to get into this beautiful bag! We used to have a tough career and it was really impossible.

I bought this bag for my two gray parrots who traveled from New York to Florida and then Florida back to New York. They were both in the same box. Kind of a useful holdall and not too big. I like it.

I bought two of these holders a few months apart. The first was great! The second was missing a part that stabilizes the carrier - so completely useless. I haven't been able to return it for over a month and apparently there is no way to contact the manufacturer to get the part I need. Very frustrating! Maybe they'll see this review and get in touch

I really liked this transport box for my cat. There is a case where you can save it when not in use. The actual carrier is a good length for my cat. I was also pleased with the foldable cat mat, which was long enough to carry but folded in half for storage. I thought it was better quality than others I've seen in stores. I highly recommend it.

For the first time I traveled with my dog within the country. I was very nervous that American Airlines would not approve the airline even though it was oversized (medium) for my 10 lb dog with very long legs. My poodle couldn't do a full turn, stand up and sit up straight without touching the top or sides, but it was fine anyway. The beam lacked metal bars for support, but ended up fitting snugly under the sparse space below. The carrier has always been comfortable for my dog.

Overall I like this transport box. I ordered a large as I have a 20 lb cat. He loves to sleep in it and even more to sleep on it. Took him to the vet with it and he got a little claustrophobic. It was a fast ride so we made it. A long journey was out of the question. I also have a smaller (regular) machine weighing 12-13 pounds. This is perfect for her. I needed a tote very badly so I chose this one with next day delivery. That's enough for what we need, which is short car trips for our new kitten. It weighs 3.5 kilos and is absolutely comfortable.
