I'm terrible at drawing straight lines and it really helps

The ruler is magnetic and sticks to the cutting mat so you can not everywhere with your cuts! I'm terrible at drawing straight lines and this really helps. Please note that it's quite large and heavy, but it's worth it.

Disappointed that cutters don't cut

slices don't cut, and two of them don't even fit. waste of money. Worse, I have some really great Fisher mats, so I don't need a mat, but thought I might need a mat to get the blades working/cutting. They still don't cut accurately, if at all, so I don't have money for a cutting mat either.

. The mat was pink and had jagged edges which I hate! They would prefer to be straight.

WR Memory Keepers The matte cut magnet was pink and had jagged edges which I hate! I'd rather have them square. Also, I don't like that the ruler has magnets on the bottom of the ruler that don't allow the paper to line up next to the ruler. The paper continues to pass under the ruler as the ruler is lifted off the magnets. Annoying when trying to align my layouts perfectly.

The mat itself is NOT magnetic

I bought this for my husband, the description says a magnetic cutting mat. The mat itself isn't magnetic, but it contains metal so it accepts magnets. It is very well built, large and has some weight (due to the metal plate inside). It comes with a magnetic stripe ruler on the back and 4 magnets. I would have given more stars but the description is misleading. I keep it to myself. I've bought other magnetic boards but they were much smaller and actually had a magnet inside. This is a greatโ€ฆ
