Great Reins!: Reins

I love these reins. They are not too long and not too short. Great for trail riding. Would buy again. They are sturdy and hold up great! I have recommended them to other people who also ride cross country. The only quibble I have is if you don't want to put a lot of effort into driving then this isn't for you. I usually use split reins, but they work even better for me.

They fit perfectly in the hand and are the perfect length for.

Well made and very soft. They fit perfectly in the hand and are the perfect length for trail running. 10 feet allows your horse to graze and drink without having to stretch his arms or bend down, but it's not so long that you have to accumulate many miles of reins if your horse lifts his head and fixes it with a tight rein is. my problem with falling reins, like before when I had a split rein. They stretch a bit when pulled but seem to hold their length once the pressure is off.

Not exactly what I need.

I've taken these reins a lot on the trail. Although I find they are well made, I'm buying another opportunity. Generally they are too long. My horse is huge at 16.3 but when I have to take the reins I have a lot to collect. I'm also not a fan of the little stretch they have. And like others, I wish they were a little heavier. But I like the thickness. I wouldn't have learned anything from them without trying them, but now that I have, I need to find something else. They are well made and feelโ€ฆ

Great Trail Reins is the best in equestrian sports

A family friend gave me some and the reins were really long which drove me crazy. I ordered these because they are a full bridle which makes it a lot easier to mount a horse that moves a bit when you try to mount it. That's a great length. It's not long enough for an extra bundle to hang down to snag on a saddle or other equipment, but long enough for the horse to drink and graze. The reins are made of soft material with little stretch, but that didn't bother me. I ordered light brown and itโ€ฆ
