webMOBI - Easy Platform and Customer Service

I love how easy it was for me to get started using this app! The fact that they have so many different options makes things very simple (you can customize everything). There are some features within WebMob that aren't as intuitive or user friendly - such as creating surveys/polls in certain sections of your site; however you're given instructions at every step which really helps when getting familiarized quickly! My favorite part about this platform has been their customer service team…

Pros
  • How easily accessible
  • Customer support is amazing!!! Never received any negativity from anyone.
  • Very helpful staff who's willing help along with making sure something gets resolved properly :)
Cons
  • No ability do see if other members like what i'm trying too show up!
  • Creating polls /surveys isn’t always smooth either
  • Wish there'd be more choices available than just 3 per page
