Closed Hiking Sandals 👞 for Toddler Boys by Weestep Review

My 5 year old wears a size 12.5 now. I ordered them a size 13 thinking half a size up would be slightly larger and perfect as my son's ever-expanding feet get bigger in the summer. My son just tried them on, I have to say they run big because this size 13 fits like a whole size up. As you can see in the picture I compared my son's shoes in size 12.5 and this shoe in size 13, these shoes are larger than expected for a size 13. These sandals are true to size. They cover the foot enough to protect the legs and are suitable for kindergarten. They seem to have a good grip.

They are so cool I went back and bought a second pair for my 2 year old twin. For reference they are a size 7 in Cat & Jack and they run a little big leaving room for toes this summer. They love that they're easy to put on, toe-free, and the large rubber bumper feels very durable. Also thinking of getting a pair for our 4 year old! Hope they hold up well.

I have a similar pair for myself but I think they are better than mine! You have great grip! They have great rigidity. My son loves them!

I used their instructions to measure my child's foot and they were too big. She didn't wear them. Be sure to size up if you want your child to wear them this year.

These shoes are not true to size and the size chart is incorrect. My daughter's usual shoe size is a 13, but after reading reviews and measuring her foot, I ordered a 12. It was too big. She really liked the shoes (ordered in pink and purple). In addition, the seller charges a return shipping fee. If I could put the shoes and seller at '0' I would.

These are the BEST sandals I've ever seen. Flexible and comfortable. I'm thinking of ordering another pair just a size up because my grandson is growing so freaking fast!

If you have ever bought children's toys then these are definitely of lower quality albeit at half the price. The velcro is too long and feels very cheap. The colors are nice and bright, the soles feel sturdy, the toe box is big, like sneakers. We will hold until we outgrow it and I will make sure there is a well known brand on offer, I would not buy that brand back

We live on a farm and I bought these shoes with the intention of taking them off when the kids get them dirty and having summer play shoes that will also protect their toes. We've made shards in the past, but I wanted something more secure on their legs. They are durable and have been amazing so far. I plan to buy a pair for my kids every year if they keep up well!

Very nice summer sandals. My 3 year old plays comfortably. Only criticism is that the velcro doesn't last long. Only after wearing it for a while did the Velcro stop sticking.

My daughter jumped for joy the first time she tried them on. She's very picky about shoes, but they turned out to be surprisingly durable. Bungee and straps make it easy to adjust the fit. I also like to throw them in the washing machine. She has Crocs, which are great, but for more athletic pursuits (like climbing the playground) I like shoes that are breathable yet stay securely in place. It meets all requirements.

So, these sandals seem to be very well made. They are thick and strong, but appear smaller. My daughter is a size 5.5, I ordered a size 6 and her fingers are all the way up. I think we'll be lucky if they last through the summer. So order more. Overall 3 stars. If the measurements are correct this would be a 5 star product.

These shoes are durable, wash well and are comfortable for my boys. I have bought these shoes several times. I really like beaded toe shoes to protect my sons feet.

They fit my son perfectly. Sandals look beautiful and grow out of shoes much earlier than more expensive sandals in his age. The quality seems to be better than the generic target brand.

We had high hopes for these shoes - the soles seem great, my child loves them and can put them on himself. However, after 2 months the Velcro is completely destroyed and unusable, making the shoe unusable. The velcro is very fluffy and non-sticky and the seams are made in such a way that the velcro detaches from the straps. My son's camp required closed-toe shoes, but I didn't want him to wear sneakers every day in the summer heat. This is a great combination of sneakers and sandals. They have a strong closed toe but are breathable and open at the sides for hot summer days. The Velcro closure also makes it easily adjustable. It is worth it!

These shoes are perfect! Received them today and they fit great, look great and are high quality! I was looking for something my daughter could wear in muddy, rocky, or sandy water without jumping out, but not too tight either. . Shoes that protect your toes but allow air to circulate. You seem to fit the bill!

Bought these as a cheaper option compared to Keen for my 3 year old. They are durable and wear well BUT the velcro only lasted about a month and now they are not sticking. I'll spend the money on Keanes next summer.

This is a great alternative to the more expensive Keen sandals. It's practically the same shoes, only cheaper. I thought the fit was TTS.
