The double width (compared to my old broom) halves the stroke count and the thin bristles (which catch everything) reduce the stroke count.

Before purchasing this broom, I swept a slick garage floor with a much stiffer broom. I guess I never thought about the fact that there are different brooms for different types of surfaces. Turns out I had to use a softer, thicker broom all the time. Doesn't matter! This nozzle glides like velvet across my garage's concrete floor and picks up a lot more dirt than my old hard broom. Complete game changer for me!

Exceptional brush with coarse, hard bristles. I have Italian porcelain stoneware tiles at home and now the joints are clean. This means that the dirt that the brush or stiff brush is now removing is gone. I can tell by the color of the water when I wash floors with water and vinegar. I use it to clean all floors.
