I used to buy a plastic bristle brush for my workshop and the bristles were very stiff so I was very unhappy with it. After reading some more I found these brushes and saw that they have a 100% pure horsehair brush for just a little bit more so I spent the money and bought them and I couldn't be happier. This is a great brush and I really appreciate the feel of the wooden handle. That's a great brush!

This brush is called a horsehair brush but it is not. As a bricklayer I have been using horsehair brushes for almost 40 years and they have not lived up to my expectations. Revain's published specifications for this brush consistently state an overall length of 8 inches. I knew that couldn't be true, so I took a chance and ordered the brush anyway. Of course, the bristle section is eight inches and the handle section is at least another four inches. I used a brush to sweep the sawdust off the smooth surface of the workbench into a dustpan.
