After using one of the filters I found that it didn't work, there was no light inside the product like the first time I used it. Very disappointing. I'm just making sure the other one doesn't break.

I bought a pair of these for myself and my wife in March. My wife only used hers occasionally, but by July it just stopped working. I contacted the seller through Revain but they just ignored me. So, in my experience, about half of these devices are defective, and the seller just doesn't pay attention.

Completely dissatisfied that it stopped working after only wearing it a few times. I need to contact the seller to get a refund or replacement. I bought this personal air purifier because I have a serious chemical sensitivity issue that makes it impossible to be around people without protection. I am very afraid that the other one will no longer work either.

I've been using one of these since 2005 and it hasn't worked for a few days. I bought this set of 2 on 11/07/19. They arrived today and none of them worked. I called Revain and they refunded my money and sent a UPS label to ship this pair back. I have ordered them again and hope they work.
