Description of WELDERS POCKET Pipeline Inspection Model
★ With our high/Low gauge system welder is able to check high/low from outside the weld unlike other tools that can only measure before weld is started. The beveled ends have a depth gauge that allows you to measure through wall and partial wall repairs. Gives you small precise measurement without the hook of a tape measure. ★ Our high cap system measures the reinforcement of the cap. If the pal does not move, the weld is okay. If the pal rocks, grinding may be required to bring the high cap to desired height. The Pocket Pal High cap requires modification because of the different cap heights on each job. Snip or grind down to desired height. Don’t forget to file down any sharp edges. ★ Our low cap system is simple. After your weld is complete place the low cap of the WPP on the weld to determine if more welding is needed. If the pal does not rock more weld is required. If pal rocks weld cap is sufficient. ★ Original one of a kind! You will only find the Advanced Cut on the WPP. The advanced cut line gives an exact overall measurement and assist with the lining up/precise angles of your torch. ★ The WPP beveled ends are designed not to adjust which avoids inaccurate angles on the bevel.
