My husband is not a welder by trade, but he does a lot of welding around our yard and in the construction of our new house. He likes that the pocket tool is robust and handy. The high/low and high-low distances make the welds more accurate and save a lot of time. We think it's a win-win situation! WE received the product either for free or at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. We are satisfied with this product and will recommend it!

- ★ With our high/low measurement system, the welder can check the high/low level on the outside of the weld, unlike other tools that can only measure before the weld begins. The beveled ends have a depth gauge that allows you to measure through and partial wall repairs. Gives you a small accurate measurement with no tape measure hook.
