Reliable and Efficient Welding Trigger

Using this trigger, our team found that it made the welding process much smoother and more precise. Its comfortable grip also eliminated hand fatigue during extended use. The trigger is especially useful for automotive welding, as it allows for easy control and accuracy in tight spaces. However, it may take some time to adjust to the sensitivity of the trigger. Overall, we highly recommend this trigger to any professional welder looking to improve their technique.

Pros
  • Provides a smooth trigger action for precise welding control.
Cons
  • May not fit certain Miller welding machine models, resulting in compatibility issues.

Great value, most. Edit 23.10.

Great, just like the original. Edit: 10/23/20 the switch failed twice yesterday during operation. Once released, the trigger will remain closed allowing the wire to continue feeding. Run about 3 feet of wire before I get to the welder to turn it off. After the first time I flipped the switch and sprayed some contact cleaner on it and it seemed to work, but it was a pseudo fix. The trigger hung again after 10 minutes. Downgrading to 4 stars.

Pros
  • Welders
Cons
  • Crumpled

Fits right, works perfectly.

Not exactly an exact replacement but fits and works great. The look is slightly different and the connectors are in a slightly different position, slightly offset. My original Hobart switch got stuck when I removed my finger. It's not this one yet. Durability has yet to be proven, but it's a fairly basic device so should last as long as the OE Hobart. The OE switch couldn't even handle 10 pounds of wire, so it's not that hard to beat.

Pros
  • Welding Equipment and Accessories
Cons
  • Faulty
