Great eCommerce option for anyone needing simple yet comprehensive functionality

I like that it's easy to use, has all of your basic features in one place (order entry) as well as some advanced ones not found elsewhere with other systems out there; price point makes sense if you're just getting started or are looking at an off-the shelf solution vs custom development/support services from higher end providers - but requires customization even when using "outdated" versions which may be outdated themselves! Not quite what was expected from software

Nothing so far, we've only been using it to process new patient forms that are created through our practice management system (we use Practice Fusion). It's not bad in itself but I'd like something more robust if possible since there may be times when you want extra flexibility with your workflow or reports etc - perhaps this product doesn't have those capabilities? Perhaps better reporting would help too! Easy form creation & submission via an internet browser makes data entry faster than any…

  • The ease at which my staff can create/submit medical documentation into their patients' records without having access computer experience / knowledge required; they just need easy instructions for how to do things properly within software interface.it really seems simple enough even though complicated functions exist behind its seemingly uncomplicated user face..so long story short
