I like that it's easy to use, has all of your basic features in one place (order entry) as well as some advanced ones not found elsewhere with other systems out there; price point makes sense if you're just getting started or are looking at an off-the shelf solution vs custom development/support services from higher end providers - but requires customization even when using "outdated" versions which may be outdated themselves! It can get confusing sometimes figuring how best utilize what functions available within this system versus alternatives such as others we've tried over time so maybe explore different options before making final decisions?
