Intuitive Content Platform - Great Customer Service

The software is intuitive, easy to use and I have been very happy with it so far. It does not include any templates or pre-built content for my team to use which can be a little frustrating at times when we are just starting a new project. We do have some great people who can help us out with our specific questions but sometimes they can't be there for you right away. If you're looking for a simple way to create engagement, this is a good option. We are trying to figure out how to get more…

Pros
  • Easy interface that's beginner friendly.
  • Very responsive customer service! They always follow up within 24 hours if needed; thankfully nothing ever comes down too hard though.(I know from experience!) :)
  • Able t o integrate directly into Facebook Pages/Groups without having an account yourself (which most platforms require) making everything seamless & smooth across all channels simultaneously :)

Easy & Effective All In One Solution

I like how easy it is to use, as well as all the different ways you can connect with your clients! There are so many features within this program but if there's something we haven't found yet they're very open to suggestions from their users! We've been able to save time by having one place where our team members can find everything related to client communication in realtime. It makes sure everyone stays connected at once without having to search for things individually or ask each other…

Easy To Use CRM Software With Amazing Features

We have been able to get our clients more involved with their customers, which in turn leads to higher customer satisfaction. The interface is easy to use and it's very user friendly. I like how easy it is to access my reports from anywhere using any device. There are some features that we would love to see added, but overall I am pleased with the product so far. It has helped us better understand our client base and how they interact with each other. We are also able to easily communicate with
