I would like to start by saying that I am new to this field and have no pain in my legs. I don't know if they are effective for people with chronic foot pain. Little fingers keep rubbing against their neighbors as they grow causing irritation. Since I'm on my feet all day at school, it hurts a lot. This product seems like a great idea - nothing else has provided relief. I had to take them off after a few hours because they hurt my legs even more. Glad they weren't terribly expensive.
