Perfect for our use!

I bought this for our garage. We bought a new house THEN realized there was only one outlet in the garage. GGGRRR So we moved it down the wall so the workbench had more outlets. We used the brackets to attach it to the wall and then the screws (included) to attach the bar to the workbench itself. This works GREAT! The cable is super long and thick. Very sure! I liked that the bar comes pre-drilled for bench mounting. Perfect for our use!

Pros
  • Socket strips and overvoltage protection
Cons
  • ---

Pretty well done. heavy cable - screws too short to use

The only complaint I have about this is that the screws that came with the kit are too short. They only protrude about 1/16 inch through the back of the strip. Thanks to the splitter's design, the screws don't even touch the wall! To add to the injury, the screws have heads that are too large to be used with slots on the back of the strip. So if you're relying on the included mounting screws, think again.

Pros
  • Surge Protector
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Great extension cord

I needed a very long extension cord for a project I was doing in my garage. Starting with cord. It is very smooth and extremely flexible. The cable could easily move around the corners. The cable is thick and feels like it's made out of very good materials. The extension cord itself has a switch in case of a power surge. What I really like about these splitters is that they have two holes that allowed me to mount the extender on the wall with the two screws that came with it. I highly recommend

Pros
  • 25 foot 14AWG cord
Cons
  • Long shipping time

5 stars but the wall mounting screws are not very good.

5 stars but the wall mount doesn't work well. I bought it for wall mounting screw holes as it is the only "standard" extension that has screw holes from the front. Screws to avoid cutting into the drywall well. I then tried using long drywall screws but they couldn't fit the holes in the sink. It's probably not the safest course of action, but I widened the flush hole 1-2mm and it allowed the drywall screws to sink in and really install the extension securely (without even hitting the stud)…

Pros
  • Do Not Disassemble: Due to electrical hazards, tri-wing bolts are used to prevent accidental injury.
Cons
  • boring packaging
