I am mixed. It's really solid for the price and within a few months I was very happy with it. The tool rest is too high for carbide tools, which is dangerous. I've gotten it to work with larger projects, but trying new projects with more detail makes me nervous. I was also very frustrated until I got a Nova cartridge that held the parts and didn't have to try to hook the center of the spur. Don't waste time, just grab a cartridge. I've done a few things and they worked fine, but all of a sudden
