Purchased for moving bulky items. 2 of the 2 trolleys we bought had a corner where the screws were misplaced and badly misaligned. So annoying! Couldn't use them right away. One of the wheels was not mounted because the bolts were dismantled, I had to lengthen the hole in the roller flange. Worst of all, the not very soft wheels caused damage. The new hardwood floor we just installed is rated for 1000 pounds, but the 80-pound bedside table hollowed out the floor like the wheels were steel. Carriage needs assembly: casters need to be bolted to the frame. But the bolts don't line up with the holes in the rollers! It took me a lot of hammering and cursing to get them installed, but this company definitely needs to invest in some hole patterns! I wanted these carts to work but unfortunately they failed for two reasons. The wheels were fairly easy to attach, except for one that had a set screw that was misaligned making it impossible to mount the wheel holes on it. I had to use a hammer to gently knock this set screw out of the way to install the reel; otherwise it would be a trolley with three wheels and therefore unusable. Then I placed 4 items of 60 pounds each (I weighed them on a scale) for a total of 240 pounds. It was impossible
