Westcott Adjustable Manual Colored Pencil Sharpener: Discover Vibrant Colors (14242) Review

Spent some time browsing Revain looking for a new pencil sharpener. I looked at this sharpener a few times and was a little suspicious because of the adjustable blade. I'm not sure everything will be as good as it seems. I'll see if the parts that make up the adjustable blade loosen up over time after repeated use. But I'm fine with it at the moment. The adjustable blade is pretty nice to have and the sharpener seems to be well made. I am glad that I bought this product.

On first use this was one of the best pencil sharpeners I have ever used. But suddenly the sharpness has stopped and it takes a lot of effort to hit the point with this pencil. I've seen someone else mention that the details inside need adjusting and I'm afraid I'll have to try repositioning the blade or something. It also fills up SUPER fast, making sharpening almost impossible. If it was a little bigger and kept the blade sharp/functional it would be best. But so it's very disappointing when…

I give this SMALL great pencil sharpener 4 stars, would be 5 if it was bigger. but it's great for those who are serious about crayons or crayons. It has a large polished blade. You can get the perfect tip or blunt flat top you need. THAT'S GREAT! I just wish it was bigger, I got them from the manufacturer's website through the contact section. I've noticed other people have a hard time, so I hope this helps. It slides off like your remote's battery cover - a "door" of sorts.
