Westcott T-816 Green All Purpose Drawing Template, 4 1/2 x 6 inches Review

I know it's perfect for sketching, but I use it in my paintings when I need sharp shapes that my 66-year-old hands can't draw. Is it also great for handicrafts with my granddaughter?

I only bought this to make simple cable designs more accurate and the build quality is kind of terrible. When the plastic was cut, tiny bits of plastic were still clinging to the edges and shapes. This will cause the lines to become rougher or your pen to bleed more in certain areas.

This stencil is perfect for technical drawings, but it's so flimsy that it often creases when you're drawing and pulls off the page, especially when used as a ruler is used. Also, the circle diameter ink labels rub off easily, but overall it's still good for the price.

I am an amateur artist but I love sketching and drawing by hand, even stencils are a pleasure. I've also heard how useful templates are when creating layouts for bullet magazines. I bought my stencil/stencil and keep it in the large plastic sweater box that I keep my art supplies in. I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

All the markings on the template will easily erase with regular use. I had this template for about a month when I was an engineering student and I can't read half of the dimensions or line up the centers of the shapes. This product is great if you just want to play around with character drawing for no reason, but if you're looking for a drawing tool for serious use I'd look elsewhere.

This is a nice and simple plastic stencil. It's small, thin, flexible and portable, perfect for whatever project you're working on. At first I used the ultra fine Sharpie tip but the marker smudged a few times. I switched to a ballpoint pen and it worked great on smooth paper. I'm working on a colorful paper butterfly hanging garland. This stencil is reliable and makes sharp curves and lines every time. I am very satisfied and I think you are too!
