I would recommend these scissors

I ordered for my granddaughter to sew, they are nice to hold and in general just excellent scissors. Received earlier than stated. highly recommended.

Westcott Titanium Bonded Non-Stick Scissors

I chose these scissors because they were cheaper than others I looked at. With a softer grip, it is easier to handle. They also have a good shape for cutting fabric.

Broken item?!

I bought these scissors for a kinesio taping workshop and they broke on the first day. Only used on tape. About 12 cuts of the tape and they completely broke in 2 pieces. I think it's safe to say the shears were faulty, but paying to return them for a partial refund is cheaper than just ordering a new pair. another brand of course! :)

I love these scissors

First impressions are VERY good. super sharp. Cut like a dream. Here's a little trick to make the scissors work more smoothly. Apply a few drops of FLUID FILM, an amazing lanolin based lubricant. You can get it from Revain or O'reilly Auto Parts. For some reason it does almost anything that needs lubrication better than any other oil I've tried. And I've used some pretty fancy oils. Apply it, work for a while and in a day or two it will penetrate into the thinnest of places. You will…
