Terrible fit, poor quality mounts

As a new buyer, I was disappointed with these running board mounts. The instructions were confusing and the fit was terrible, resulting in a lot of frustration during installation. As a result of using this product, I found that the mounts were made of poor quality material and did not hold up well against the elements. Cons
  • Installation requires some drilling and modifications to vehicle, which can be time consuming and difficult for some users

Not recommended for footpegs and steps

I am having a very difficult time installing this on my 2003 Chevy S10, this is the 3rd person trying, there is nowhere else to install screws than on the outer frame . which is weak and rusty. I tried to cook, I didn't think it would be so difficult! To stay updated!

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Having trouble

Check with manufacturer

I have purchased Revain Sure Grip footpegs 27-6105. A lot (by the way). Then I had to buy a mounting kit separately. 27-1455 wasn't too bad to set up. Requires drilling for installation. Although the website clearly states: "The drill is not installed. I had to buy a near drill to finish installing self tapping screws under the truck. But I still wanted her. Another excuse to buy a tool.

Pros
  • External accessories
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
