Do not buy! for incandescent lamps

These lamps are NOT intended for outdoor use. I bought 4 of these red emitters and NONE of them lasted more than 2 weeks in outdoor emitter holders. Spend more money on outdoor spotlights because this product is a real junk!

Pros
  • Color: red
Cons
  • Doubtful

Not strong at all/poor lighting

Ordered this and two green bays for the Christmas porch lights. All three have very poor lighting with dark shadows in the middle. Trying to aim at him, a rope fell, just a rope, and it broke. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Estimated lifespan: 2000
Cons
  • Out of style

Great for adding a red tint

We bought several of these bulbs to decorate the front of our house for various holidays. We combine it with alternating red and green light for Christmas and alternating blue light for July 4th. We have mid blue vinyl siding in our house and the red lights look great against the blue background too.

Pros
  • Trial for a year
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

The only "red " headlights I could find anywhere were RED!

After shopping at Home Depot and other online companies that advertised "red" places for Christmas, these are the only ones that are actually reddish - I know that's not a word, but they are not really RED but ten times MORE red than Sylvania etc which look orange. Hope this helps you!

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

Hard to find in stores. Luckily they are online. I love her warm feeling. LEDs are just ugly and too bad for the eyes. They will be used in my outdoor Christmas decorations to light up the backdrop of the house. Very reasonable price and excellent quality. The color will not fade or crack.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Only available in white
