I need 6 of these for my bathroom. I have to change them more often than I would like. This is the first batch of damaged lamps. Two out of 10 were broken and I'm only now learning about them.

Just opened the packaging of one of these bulbs and found it didn't work. Did some troubleshooting checks and found that the lamp had some sort of manufacturing defect. Revain says the return and support windows are closed so I can't seem to get any help from them for a defective product they sold me.

I used to get these bulbs from my local hardware store but they no longer sold them. I went through my receipts, gratefully found the number and ordered it. I placed another order but ended up with the wrong size. Luckily, that lightbulb was right. My ceiling fan is the most custom sized I've ever come across, so of course I'm glad it works like a charm!
