We ordered a remote control that looked exactly like our old one which was starting to break down. After putting the batteries in it worked great. Favorite buttons even brought up our favorites without being pressed. We are very satisfied.

I bought this for a friend who recently lost his TV remote when moving house. I put the batteries in and pointed to the TV and Viola said the TV was fine again. He's over the moon to have it and says he won't lose it again. Thank you for developing a product that works as advertised.

After receiving the remote I put the batteries in and it worked right away. no programming required, what i like and what i wanted. The remote control is the same as the original remote control that came with the TV at the time of purchase. very happy with my purchase!

This remote works well, but definitely not very well. When using it, you have to point it directly at the TV, and sometimes you have to press the button multiple times for it to work. I probably would have sent it back if I hadn't waited so long to decide. I thought it was the batteries I originally put in that I stole from something else, but it still works with brand new batteries.
