Useful tool, difficult to clean at first

working. what else do you want? I just wish it wasn't covered in that gross factory grease. It took me forever to clean this thing to get to the point where I was comfortable with food contact.

Pros
  • Made of nickel-plated brass; commercial grade
Cons
  • purity

Blunt needle

There is a method of injecting turkey that involves placing a saran wrap on the turkey and making an injection. This keeps splashes away from you. Don't expect it to work with that blunt needle. Also, it's so blunt that if you introduce an infection, it will damage too much turkey meat.

Pros
  • Marinade injector makes meat wetter and tastier in minutes
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Worked to the max

Used three times and works well. The next time I used it I found the barrel had cracked at the bottom. Now spraying under pressure. I don't think I pressed so hard that it snapped during use. It must have been a very thin seam that came undone. Wouldn't buy anything else.

Pros
  • Injector needle has four holes on opposite sides for maximum marinade distribution
Cons
  • I'm concerned

Fits injectors only

This is a good solid injector but I actually prefer the cheap plastic injector that came free with my marinade. The tip of this piece isn't sharp enough so you have to work hard on some parts of the chicken to insert it. Also, one of the holes is too far away, so you need to make it deep enough for the marinade to stay. Meat, otherwise it will leak.

Pros
  • To clean simply disassemble the injector and wash all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water
Cons
  • Appearance

Sturdy and well made

I broke 4 plastic injectors that are available at any local department store and I needed something that could withstand the temperature of the juice going in and out. The injector is sturdy, easily disassembled for cleaning, and makes any meat taste ten times better. In addition, syringe-like finger holes provide easy control over utensils. Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Holds 2 ounces
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

No more plastic nozzles

If you're a grill master, you need to buy this nozzle. They are heavy and easy to use. The extra fluid it can hold greatly reduces the injection time. The large holes in the needle make it easy to inject and use spices that you would have to grind or leave out with traditional injectors. They come with an extra gasket and are easy to disassemble and clean. I'd advise you to buy three, but if you buy them individually you'll soon be throwing away all your plastic injectors. I bought one of those

Pros
  • Nickel-plated brass
Cons
