Great customer service and easy for anyone who wants their own Gmail style inbox

I like that we are able to access our data in real time which is great, but honestly what's not really good about this tool? It works well as far has any of my requests go! Their support team can be super helpful too so if you have questions or need assistance they will get back right away (and sometimes even earlier). There isn't much bad here at all except maybe there could possibly by some more templates out there since it seems pretty limited now compared to other tools. But again nothing…
