Lithium upgrade is best for RV parts and accessories

Our original DC charger was from this brand but designed to charge wet cell batteries only. We switched to two lithium batteries and this charger revs them up. Pretty easy swap if you're moderately mechanical.

Pros
  • Power and electricity
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other models

Lithium Replacement for Wf-8955

This is a replacement for the Charge Converter (WFCO Wf-8955) that came with my 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite 2104. It's designed to fully charge my Battle Born lithium batteries. The standard converter only charged the batteries 80-90 percent.

Pros
  • Power Converters
Cons
  • Slightly Torn

Fully charges our LIFEPO4 batteries.

Fully charges LIFEPO4 batteries. The only caveat is that our caravan was designed with 6 gauge wiring from the batteries to the converter, which appears to limit charging to 20 amps. I'm going to upgrade it to 2 gauge and increase the connection to the trailer chassis to try and at least double that charge current as the charger is rated for 50 amps. When we are in Bundock we use a 3400w generator to charge our batteries when solar charging is not available or practical so it goes without…

Pros
  • Automotive
