Breaking Point - Portable A/V

Bought for my wife - she likes to put her phone on speakerphone which I think people over 75 do - - because they can't hear properly through the handset - - or know don't know how to properly line it up with the hole in your ear. The sound is excellent, crystal clear, but.

Firstly the sound quality for me is fantastic (for what it is). I will refrain from making my claim as there is a stark contrast between any type of headphone and these types of devices. While the sound is strikingly clear and stunning, it sounds a bit flat in comparison.
