It was easy to install with a Maytag/Whirlpool dishwasher. Installation took about fifteen minutes and a half hour to check if the dishwasher was leaking. Overall a great purchase.

I'm glad I made this purchase just in case the kit that came with the dishwasher didn't have the parts I really needed and it was a good quality hose and so easy to connect.

It will take years to determine the durability of this hose but my first impressions are of a well made product. Be careful not to over tighten. There is a small puck that can be crushed. The general rule is to tighten it by hand and then use the wrench for an additional quarter turn. I didn't really tighten it, so my smarthome MT400 water leak detection alarm detected a very small leak. I recommend both products.

At about $9, this seemed like the cheapest way to get water in our new Whirlpool dishwasher. As this was a new install there was no existing flex line and the model we bought has a 3/4" garden hose fitting on the bottom as well as the required 90 degree adapter. I didn't need a hose but an adapter costs around as much as this kit so I also use hose it's a bit longer than I need but longer is always better than too short it seems good quality and much easier than the recommended copper tubing to
