Great for tracking my dogs whistles. She doesn't scratch him or anything. It's a little bigger than I like, but it's very durable and the dog doesn't seem to care that it's there. I washed it once and it held up. The buckle is starting to loosen, but it's not very noticeable. Pros: durable, beautiful color. Cons: The paint on the buckle has peeled off.

Bought this along with my new whistle for my 10lb 3 year old cat. The smallest collar size was still too big for her and I can't imagine it would fit any cat other than maybe a Maine Coon. lol I would say it was a very strong and beautiful collar and it would have been worth the money for how easy the whistle was to attach, but in the end I just had to attach the whistle to a cat collar that fit her. The small size is a 2.5cm wide collar made of extremely strong, stiff and heavy webbing with extremely durable heavy metal hardware. It looks good and seems pretty solid, but it's too heavy and awkward for my petite 11-pounder. It appears to have been designed for an active, medium-sized dog with a thicker neck. I recently received one of these collars for the first time. I was disappointed to find it was hard, especially since my little pitbull had skin problems on his neck. I put it in a drawer, forgot about it and continued to use the velcro on the whistles.
